How can I track my order?

You don't have to do anything. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation and an estimated delivery time via email. At each stage of the process, you will be notified of the progress of your order and given an estimated delivery date.

What are the available payment options?

Currently, we offer various payment methods: credit card (CB), MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Shop Pay, and soon, a few cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can, as long as your order has not yet been sent for production. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can put your order on hold and make the desired modifications. Please note that each product is unique, and its production starts after order validation with our suppliers, so time is of the essence for changes.

What is the return and exchange policy for the products?

Our Print On Demand suppliers have similar policies regarding refunds and returns. Therefore, if a customer orders the wrong size, wrong color, or simply changes their mind about the product, no refund will be offered. However, if the issue is due to a manufacturer's error, both platforms offer the option of obtaining a refund or a free replacement within 30 days of product delivery. What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged product?

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. We will assist you in finding a satisfactory solution.

Are the products customizable?

Currently, the products are not customizable, but this option may be available in the near future. Stay tuned!

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. These fees will be indicated during the payment process. We do not charge any additional commission on shipping fees, so you can rely on the usual rates practiced in your country. Please make sure to provide the correct and complete shipping address, as well as the correct phone number.

The SamFries store is hosted on Shopify, a reputable e-commerce platform. All necessary security measures are in place to ensure the protection of your personal information. We do not resell your personal data and use it solely to enhance your user experience and ensure the proper functioning of our services.

What are the processing and shipping times for orders?

The processing and shipping times for orders may vary depending on the ordered product, its availability, and your geographical location. Each product is unique and specially made for you once your order is validated. An estimation of the timeframes is usually displayed on the product page unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. The average delivery time is 10 days (including manufacturing and shipping time). To give you peace of mind, we recommend estimating a minimum timeframe of 10 business days up to 21 business days from the order validation. Please note that these timeframes may vary depending on certain conditions.

Why are shipping fees not offered?

It is true that some stores provide this service, but they usually inflate the selling price to include it in the final price. You may think that the delivery is free, but it is actually included in the product price. We have not opted for this choice. Additionally, as a recently opened small business, the Samfries store currently does not have privileges with carriers or options to optimize delivery, such as express services. Therefore, we adhere to normal processing and shipping times. However, we are making every effort to improve our services and satisfy our customers. As soon as we can benefit from advantageous shipping fees, we will pass the benefits on to you.
