We deliver to the USA as well as the European region (including England and Switzerland).
An estimation of the timeframes is usually displayed on the product page unless specified otherwise by the manufacturer. In such cases, to be on the safe side, the average delivery time is 10 days (including manufacturing and shipping time). To give you peace of mind, we recommend estimating a minimum timeframe of 10 business days up to 21 business days from the order validation. Please note that these timeframes may vary depending on certain conditions and may vary based on the ordered product, its availability, and your geographical location.

The tracking information for your product will be provided after your purchase confirmation, allowing you to track the progress and estimated delivery time.
Our manufacturing process involves print-on-demand companies, which means all products are unique and manufactured only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer has ordered the wrong size, color, dislikes the product, or simply changed their mind.
We do not offer refunds by default. However, our suppliers will issue a replacement order if the manufacturer made an error (e.g., there was a printing mistake). We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email via our "Contact" section on our website. Depending on the manufacturer's origin, we will provide you with the address to which you should send your item.
